Chrissie's experience has given her the confidence and expertise to pass on knowledge, through a variety of First Aid Courses, which are intended to give individuals the skills and ability to understand and administer first aid in everyday life.
Having conducted CPR herself, Chrissie knows first-hand the importance of quick reactions and having a good knowledge of first aid.
In December 2020, Chrissie qualified and became a regulated First Aid Instructor; this is where Chrissie found a passion for teaching first aid in workplaces and schools and created First 2 Act. Of particular interest was teaching CPR and safe use of the AED (Automated External Defibrillator) which are skills that when used effectively, save lives.
Chrissie understands the importance of first aid training for all ages with the chance to learn important life skills. Each course is designed to be interactive, fun, and memorable.
With her extensive knowledge and experience, Chrissie’s first aid courses offer participants a safe space to train with a registered nurse and learn new skills.
